If you are not happy with a product of RADIANT EMPRESS | RADIANT EMPEROR we guarantee a refund when you return it to us within 28 days of receipt. Please complete the returns form that comes with your order.
The return of an item is at customer’s own cost and we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during the returns process.
Once we have received the returned goods a refund will be credited to your original method of payment and may take up to 14 working days. The items must be in perfect condition and the ribbon tag must be present and not tampered with.
Refunds for payments made via credit or debit card can take up to 14 working days to be processed by your bank.
Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative size.

Our returns process has been designed to be as easy as possible for our customers. You have 28 days from the date of receipt in which to return any unsuitable garments for a refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment, please allow up to 14 working days for a refund to show in your account from the date we receive your return. Please read our Return Policy

Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment card and should appear in your account within 14 working days of our receipt of your return.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 10-14 working days

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us. This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation.

If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us using the steps in the section above labelled HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? You`ll then receive a full refund as per the Return policy above.
