Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order!

Radiant Empress accepts the following payment type for online purchases:
American Express
Visa
MasterCard
Maestro
If paying by card, an authorization hold for the total amount of your order is placed on the payment method at the time of order placement, but you will not be charged until your order ships. If your payment is not authorized you will receive a message on the checkout page to try another form of payment.
Our checkout process uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey, where applicable, to verify your online transaction.
Please note that not all payment methods can be used for every type of order – the payment methods applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

To make sure you receive your items as fast as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

We currently do not offer worldwide international delivery to countries outside of the UK.

When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If there is a problem with your delivery and your order hasn’t arrived please contact us asap so we can do what we can to rectify this for you.

During busy periods we may dispatch items from your order as and when they are ready so everything is with you as soon as possible. Don’t worry, your remaining items will be on their way!

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
2. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
3. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
